Authentic Love Counseling
At Authentic Love Counseling, my mission is to support individuals and relationships in discovering what authentic love truly means—both for themselves and with each other. I specialize in working with couples, polyamorous, and ethically non-monogamous (ENM) relationships who are seeking to strengthen communication, deepen intimacy, and cultivate empathy, emotional connection, and a strong sense of partnership(s).
I bring a sex-positive, kink-affirming approach to therapy and strive to create a space where all expressions of love, desire, and connection are respected. Whether you're exploring alternative relationship structures, reclaiming your sexual agency, or working through challenges related to identity and intimacy, you are welcome here without judgment.
I also work with individuals navigating a wide range of challenges, including:
Anxiety and depression
Low self-esteem and body image concerns
Disordered eating
Life transitions and identity exploration
LGBTQIA+ issues
Gender and sexual identity
Psychedelic integration
Together, we’ll uncover your inner wisdom and build a more grounded, compassionate, loving, and authentic relationship with yourself.
My Approach
With couples and ENM partnerships, I draw from the Gottman Method and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to foster trust, emotional safety, and mutual understanding. For individual clients, I integrate mindfulness, person-centered therapy, and motivational interviewing to help you reconnect with your values and create meaningful, lasting change.
Whether you're seeking a deeper connection with a partner or a more loving relationship with yourself, Authentic Love Counseling offers a warm, affirming space to explore, heal, and grow.
I offer sessions in-person on Wednesdays and Saturdays in Glendale, CO, or online via Telehealth. I can meet with anyone in Colorado via telehealth!
Professional Background
With over a decade of experience in helping roles—including positions as a Diversity Education Specialist, Residence Hall Director, Academic Advisor, and Lead Mental Health Counselor at a residential treatment facility—I bring a wealth of insight and compassion to my work as a therapist.
I’ve provided therapy at New Vision Counseling and iAmClinic and have over a year and a half of experience supporting individuals, couples, and polyamorous/ENM relationships in private practice. I also continue to serve my community through my work in community mental health.
A Bit About Me
Therapy is built on connection, and while I’ll be getting to know you, I’d like to share a little about myself as well. Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy video games, anime, cooking, weightlifting, meditation, EDM shows and festivals, and the occasional hike or camping trip. Colorado is a beautiful place, and I’m always discovering new parts of it to explore.
Let’s Connect
If you're ready to take the next step toward healing and connection, I’d be honored to walk alongside you. Feel free to reach out to schedule a consultation or ask any questions.
